About
Help us plant native trees and remove non-native, invasive plants in Stratford's forest. Stratford Ecological Center is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the education of children and adults in understanding the relationships between living things and their environment, thereby fostering an appreciation of the land and all life that depends on it. Please wear clothes that can get dirty and closed toe shoes. Feel free to bring work gloves, but gloves and boots will be available to borrow if needed. Tools will be provided.

Perks
Visiting the farm and forest after the event. We raise chickens, sheep, goats, cows, llamas, and pigs as well as grow a wide variety of produce in our greenhouses and fields. You'll have a chance to purchase greens, pasture-raised meat, and our own maple syrup.
