About
The Scioto Mile is the heart, soul and spine of our city. This riverside park has been an asset for the community since day one, so let's get it ready to SHINE for what should be an AMAZING summer of 2022.
Now, the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation invites you to head downtown on Saturday, April 9 at 10:00AM to help clean up this beloved greenspace and gathering place. By volunteering to beautify the banks of the Scioto River by picking up trash, you’re not only making our city a little cleaner and greener, but you’re also demonstrating something special about Columbus – we take care of, and take pride in, our urban riverfront so everyone can enjoy it.
Please dress for the weather; all other equipment (trash grabbers, bags, safety vests) will be provided.
