Description
Dress for an off-trail adventure!!! Help us rid our beautiful park of litter and non-native, invasive plants that are trying to take over our native wildflower habitat! We will be concentrating on Spring Creek, including the woods and ravines on either side of it. Terrain may be rough but flatland options are available. No strollers, please.
Requirements
Come prepared for the weather! Please bring garden/work gloves if you have them and wear long pants and old shoes/boots. We will be OFF-TRAIL. If you are planning on getting into the creek, wear very old clothes.
PerksChance to win a t-shirt from Green Columbus and other swag from the sponsors. And a sense of a job well-done when we finish. Pulling garlic mustard and picking up trash is very cathartic. ;-)
Parking Details6911 Cleveland Avenue. Once you enter Sharon Woods (across from St. Ann's Hospital), turn right at the first intersection into the Apple Ridge area. Next right is the shelter parking lot. Meet at the shelter. If you have signed up a group, please have them arrive EARLY so you can all check in together.

THIS IS THE SITE HOST: IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE ABOVE MAP... IT IS NOT AT ALL WHERE THIS PROJECT IS! WE WILL BE AT SHARON WOODS METRO PARK IN WESTERVILLE. ADDRESS IS 6911 CLEVELAND AVENUE, WESTERVILLE, 43081

The map is showing the location as being in Grandview Heights instead of Westerville. I hope we don't lose volunteers because of this...
