Greater Cleveland Food Bank

About

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio having provided 45 million meals in 2014 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day. The Foodbank serves as a clearinghouse for donated and rescued food in the Cleveland area, which is then distributed to hunger programs across the city. Last Year, the Foodbank distributed over 20 million pounds of food to more than 450 area food pantries, hot meal programs, shelters, child-care centers and homes for the elderly.
