The Tuskegee Airmen attributed their achievement to their relentless commitment and dedication to education, excellence and service. Therefore, we are “keeping their legacy alive for future generations” teaching life lessons for success to our youth. Our cross-cultural, programs are open and inclusive of all children, from underserved, disadvantaged and challenged backgrounds, regardless of race or ethnicity. We partner with the Tuskegee Airmen Inc. Ohio Memorial Chapter offering fun youth activities, exposing them to the vast opportunities in the aviation sector from mechanics to the cockpit, to catering to the boardroom and everything in between. One of the highlights of our program is free airplane rides for the students. Taking them to new heights, physically and mentally.
The Tuskegee Airmen Legacy Gardens are a combination park and community garden on Columbus land bank properties. While learning about growing food, eating healthy and exercise, we quietly assess students with deficiencies in reading, math, science or other challenges and assist their transition into programs addressing their need. We also strive to identify special gifts and talents and direct them to programs and positive role models.
